Return Policy
If you, the purchaser, are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund* or replacement** when the following procedures are followed:
- You must notify us within 72 hours of order delivery that you would like a refund or replacement through our contact form only. We will not accept return requests after this time frame.
- The items must be shipped back to us via UPS or Fedex and picked up by the shipper within 48 hours of return request.
- We will provide you with an RMA number and return address. This number must be written on the outside of the return package and the item must be returned to the specified address.
If these procedures are not followed we reserve the right to decline your refund
or replacement request.
*The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item less a 30% restocking
fee
**Replacements may not be possible on unique items or items where there is insufficient
stock to obtain a replacement. In such cases you will be refunded the item
price less a 30% restocking fee.
Damage
in Transit
We take extra care in shipping you your items to prevent damage in transit.
However, if something unfortunate does occur we will we will provide you with a
replacement at no additional cost to you. If we have no suitable replacement
available
we may refund the purchase price of the item. We must be notified within 48
hours of item receipt for us to process this claim. This notification
must be sent through our contact form.
